THE VALUE OF COLLABORATION Sometimes dire economic straits inspire innovation and lead to tremendous collaborations and “win-win” results. That is what is happening in the Pajaro Valley. Right now the State of California is experiencing an unprecedented economic crisis. The coming year will not see an improvement.
